halloween

Today’s post is a guest post from Amanda at CouponChief.com.

Halloween is one of my favorite times of year. The weather is perfect and small children dress up as vampires, witches, and werewolves to knock on your door and ask for candy. Halloween parties abound with events like bobbing for apples, and my absolute favorite, haunted houses! The Spooky Spokes Halloween Hayride is also a great Halloween festivity that makes me look forward to the coming Halloween celebrations. Halloween can be a lot of fun for the entire family. Great ideas like wizard parties and Halloween costumes from Harry Potter and Disney add even more fun to the festivities. With Halloween just around the corner and fast approaching, now is a great time to purchase your costume.

If you don’t wait until the last minute , you can buy the best costumes and accessories at great discounts using online coupon codes. Thanks for showing the many saving options for a Halloween on a budget! It is such a fun night and money shouldn’t get in the way of that. Another option is making your own costumes out of items you can easily find around your house. This year I was a Rubik’s cube, and all I needed to make the costume was a cardboard box and construction paper. Talk about living on a budget!

Absolutely, another great costume I saw this year using that same idea was the stack of money with eyes from the Geico ads. Awesome and cheap!
